A 24-hour plan goes out of date fast. A museum changes its late night, a fare goes up on January 1, an airport train is replaced by a bus, a country adds an online entry permit. So every page on this site carries the date its facts were checked, links to the official page it checked them on, and says plainly where nobody publishes a number.

The writers do not choose the order of any list. One program scores all 45 cities and 15 layover hubs on fixed factors, and every list is sorted from those scores; the method page shows every weight. What the writers own are the timed plan on each page, the three editorial scores (sights, food and after dark), each published with a one-sentence reason, and the verdict on whether one night is enough.
